Just some of the things that we were measured on were:- How quickly we find buyers. What percentage of the asking price we achieve for our vendors. How we present our properties ie photos, floor plans, text etc. How many online views and leads compared to other agents we achieve. Mystery shops: How we answer the phone, how long it takes to answer and how helpful we are.
