We put our property up with Town and Country Wrexham and they sold it the next day for over asking price. The sale is going through and we are getting updates on where we are up to in the process.

Unfortunately after the initial meeting with the owner , who was very enthusiastic it all seemed to fall flat . No updates . His team seemed uninterested and unmotivated.

Avoid these people at all costs. They have no idea how to run a lettings business. They do not always make appointments and arrived unanounced. They do not tak with you communicate. They do not carry out essential checks that is needed, (by law) they are rude and they is not professional

Couldnt believe my house was still displayed as 'for sale' in the window 12 months after i had taken it off the market with them ! When i enquired what was happening they told me it was 'under offer' Really !! I live there !!

Town and country from start to finish have been very helpful friendly and professional. Any questions or problems I had they where dealt with with professionalism but also really friendly. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Town & Country Mold office were very proactive in selling the property, we were kept informed about the feedback from each viewing. They made sure prospetive buyers were in a position to proceed, went the extra mile to ensure the process was completed without any problems.

Town & Country worked around my busy schedule with viewings and communication. Their all round local knowledge and experience was evident with the viewers and myself. They were bang on with the valuation and their sole agency fee was incredibly realistic for my property. I would recommend this estate agent.
