All staff at Town and Country, Chester, are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I tested them out before I put our property with them, pretending to be a purchaser and they passed with flying colours! They send an email and texts of viewing details, including the names of the viewers and give feedback following each viewing. They've kept me fully informed each step if the way. We currently are going through the sale at a price we were satisfied with. I'd definitely recommend them to others. In fact, my niece sold her property the day after she'd put hers on the market.

We have just finished selling in Birmingham and buying in Chester, so we have something to compare. In short, the entire Birmingham experience was an ordeal. In complete contrast, the purchase in Chester was pretty much stress free. We would like to single out Carolyn Jones from the Chester branch. Carolyn was professional, polite and patient. We were kept in the loop at all times which was fantastic. When I picked the keys up last week, the member of the team I dealt with was also lovely. Thank you so much everyone. The way you conduct yourselves makes a massive difference to people and helps to lower stress levels.

We recently purchased a property with Town and Country. Carolyn was great from start to finish, she was lovely and called pretty much every week to see how things were going, including after we had moved in :) I can't really say much about anyone else there but Carolyn was fab. Thank you.

Town & Country Mold office were very proactive in selling the property, we were kept informed about the feedback from each viewing. They made sure prospetive buyers were in a position to proceed, went the extra mile to ensure the process was completed without any problems.

Town & Country worked around my busy schedule with viewings and communication. Their all round local knowledge and experience was evident with the viewers and myself. They were bang on with the valuation and their sole agency fee was incredibly realistic for my property. I would recommend this estate agent.
