Sold and Purchased using Town and Country.
The whole team were professional and easy to deal with from the get go. Took some great photos and created a really good write up of the property we sold. They handled viewings really well and even price matched fees based on other quotes we had.
With regards to the purchase the communication was very good - the team were great but particularly Carolyn who kept us informed and helped out massively during the later stages of the purchase. Reassuring and reliable which goes along way during such a stressful time!
Would like to say a massive thank you for all their hard work!

Really can’t fault the service I got from Town And Country, from coming out to value the property to the sale. Ive never sold a property before and I was also doing it on behalf of my Auntie, I felt out of my depth but they made everything easy as did everything.

A special thanks to Carolyn, who was my main point of contact and was brilliant throughout, helpful, responsive, and reassuring at every stage.
