We received an excellent service from start to finish from all staff especially Caroline who provided additional advice which was always appreciated. As Executor of his estate, selling my late father's house has been a journey ! It needed work..... He built it in 1953 and lived in it for 70 years, not quite keeping up with renovations needed in his latter years. We had two sales fall through at quite last minute and when the third sale came along you find it quite hard to believe it will happen - but it did ! I give full marks to Carolyn and her team for keeping the ball rolling despite our upsets. I never felt she had given up on us and that is very much appreciated.

I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

As a landlord, I’ve found the team at Town and Country to be incredibly professional, but Simon in particular stands out.
