Great advertising; descriptions of property accurate and concise but with enough focus and detail accentuating outstanding features. Good quality photos and 3D walk through, quickly arranged and published (despite typical bad weather). Great communication.

Had them over to perform and appraisal on our house we are looking to sell.... Great initially.... I then called to ask if they could send this by email... this obviously seemed so much hard work. The guy on the phone was asking why I need it/he can't do it until next week... interrogating for no reason. We do not need to give explanation of why I need the valuation in writing to which I was laughed at. Will avoid at all costs when selling our future properties which we have upcoming.
Such a shame as the initial valuation/viewing was brilliant and had what a thought would be a great working relationship

Town Bridge estate agents are a local family run business that offer exceptional property marketing and customer service.
As a marketeer myself it's hard to find services that live up to your own high standards - but these guys are impressive!
You only have to look at the presentation of their properties online to see they stand out from the rest. From pre-sale social media teasers through to 360 Imagery and video and good descriptive information - they really do go the extra mile on presentation. Even on the day they came to take pictures of the property, they did all the lifting and carrying to ensure they captured the property in it's very best light.
Rather than traditional individual viewings, we were advised to run an open house for the weekend, this ensured we had the convenience of viewings completed in a shorter period without disrupting our working week. It certainly paid off - we had multiple offers and sold within the week.
Highly recommended and a huge thank you to Ian, Carl, and the team for all their hard work - I was truly impressed!

They are always so willing to help, nothing is too much trouble and they are more than happy to offer advice on what they can or point you in the direction of where you can find the appropriate information.

We've now experienced Townbridge as both buyer and seller (not the same house!) and can't recommend them highly enough. Their personal, friendly and efficient service is backed by an in-depth knowledge of the local market that would be hard to beat. We liked them when we were buying, and this made them the natural choice when we needed to sell. Their valuation advice was responsive to local conditions and proved spot-on. They produced a very attractive brochure and online listings (including a 360 virtual walk-through) and the house sold literally a day or so after the signs went up. They kept us informed as the sale progressed and we completed within a very satisfactory timescale. We will certainly use them again if the need arises.

In a world run by corporations its refreshing to find a local family run business, Carl and his 2 sons are so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble.

Why use an online service when these guys do a personalised job for much the same price? That's the question I was asking myself after looking at the options for selling my home at probably the worst time of year, in the run up to Christmas. And my decision to go with Townbridge was correct. They know their local market very well indeed. After a visit and a chat we came up with the correct price for my house for it to actually sell. OK, I could have gone with the biggest estimate, but I wanted a sale not a listing on Rightmove for several months. So, after 2 weeks my house was sold and within 10 weeks the transaction was completed. I'm certain that the professional photos and 360 view on the listing helped too. Townbridge are also great communicators, I got regular updates via WhatsApp and it was clear that they were effectively acting as liaison between Buyer, Seller and Solicitors. So, for me, using the local expert was a great success and I was really glad that I choose to use Townbridge to sell my house.
