We instructed Adam’s firm, Twenty Twenty, to sell our Silverton home as we were relocating. Adam’s advice in terms of marketing the property and negotiating the best sale price was spot on. There were some unexpected hurdles along the way which Adam dealt with professionally and efficiently. After solicitors were instructed he made sure that the transaction kept moving forward and kept us informed. He always responded to calls or emails promptly. His service is thoroughly professional (at not unreasonable cost) and we highly recommend it.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Adam and Twenty Twenty Properties to sell my home. I had marketed elsewhere for over 6 months without an offer before a friend recommended Adam.

I decided to use Twenty Twenty properties rather than using the likes of the online estate agents. Adam gave me the confidence that I would be receiving 1-2-1 customer care rather than dealing with a switch board which can often be the case with online agents. My judgement to use Twenty Twenty was very quickly rewarded as Adam provided excellent service throughout the process of selling my house.
Adam provided regular updates and I fee went above and beyond, moving house is very stressful but Adam did everything he could to help us deal with solicitors, lenders etc which really helped us get the line.

He worked hard to secure an offer and then (and this is rare in my experience!) worked hard to drive the sale towards exchange and completion. He gave us regular updates and kept in touch with a complex chain throughout. I can't recommend him enough.
