Recently used Unicorn Homes to sell my flat, and I cannot recommend them enough. Dario was great to work with, friendly and organised. He got the flat on the market in under a week, and sold in three days. Dario was a star from start to finish, having never sold a property before the process was a little daunting for me, from the first chat we were made the feel comfortable and assured that Unicorn Homes were the right company to sell our house.
Photos were taken within a day or so and viewings started within a week, the house sold within 3 viewings - can't ask much more than that, can you?

Excellent service. The team could not have done more, they were so helpful, always available, and got a price for our property that was much better than the “big named” estate agents had hoped for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend unicorn homes to anyone looking to sell.

From start to finish the Unicorn Homes team were all exceptional. To start with they gave me an estimate property valuation on initial contact, and provided an excellent fixed price sales package, they organised my home report, they took excellent photos and video, listed my property on all the popular online sites, and Dario facilitated all my viewings (30+) and dealt with the multiple offers at the closing date, all within two weeks of first listing.
Karen was excellent at updating me at frequent intervals by phone and answering all my questions. I would 100% recommend Unicorn, for a reliable, cost effective and exceptional quality service.

Can't praise Unicorn Homes enough for the service they provided when selling our flat. Dario and Cara were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. As a business they provided a valuation, marketing, floorplan, video and photographs as well as liaising with a surveyor for producing a home report. My flat was sold in 10 days after going live.
