Never respond to emails and very rarely get through on the phone. If you are lucky enough to, the staff are rude and unhelpful. Then again it's expected from a company only open 4 hours per day. Will take my business elsewhere.... Read more

Negligent letting agents. Avoid! Amusing that they're denying any knowledge of me when I signed an agreement with them for a property in 2016. Not only can they not use the dps scheme correctly or renovate a property to a liveable standard before letting it out, but they apparently don't adhere to the Data protection act going by their response! Thankfully the property was transferred to responsible agents, but I would never even look in their window, let alone consider renting a property from them again....... Read more

Rude staff, completely unprofessional from appearance to attitude and just not at all knowledgeable in their field of so called expertise. I rented this property initially through another agent, who since transferred the management to Black and White. I left the property in September, it was in a better condition than when I took it on. I am still waiting for the return of my deposit (some or all of it) and the additional months rent (admittedly I paid that in error) 10 weeks on. What makes it worse is they have made no effort at all to communicate with me since the day I returned the keys. When ever I call I am told I need to speak to Nick, and they will get him to call back. Absolutely nothing and every time I call "he is out of the office".... Read more

Me and my partner seen a house we liked that had been on for over 2 weeks Called to book a viewing (NO ANSWER) Emailed to book a viewing (NO ANSWER) Emailed again next day (you can guess) Then following look and it had been removed I understand houses go fast but don’t keep them avertised and a simple email saying “house as sold” would be nice or other house they have I would say it’s very unprofessional If could give 0 star I would RESPOND: you have not emailed back within 72 hours let alone 24 hours your just saying this so the public think this is rubbish and you have not phoned once and let me guess you’d say my phones wrong not you... If you’re looking to rent a property or looking for a company to manage the letting of your own property, my advice is to stay well clear of Black & White!! Myself and my family found this company to be utterly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful in all regards pertaining to the so called services they claim to provide! If your a tenant, expect the worst in customer care! If you’re a landlord, expect to pay monthly commission for nowt, because that’s exactly what they do! This company are unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. They have no consideration or respect for their tenants and in all honesty, the company needs shutting down for good! Most particularly the manager of the Tile Cross depot is the lowest scum bag I’ve ever come across. She is both rude, uncouth and foul mouthed. They only seem to rent to drug addicts or drunkards every Tennant they have put in the flat above me is either one of them they turn decent people away and put drug addicts or alcoholics in cause they want to do there friend a favour and then leave every one else to deal with the tenants they put in there it is 11 o'clock at night and blasting there music as I'm writing this the Tennant they had in there before owed every drug dealer money so every body was coming around and trying to kick his door in I hope you who own black and white are sitting in your comfy home not having to listen to loud music at night or drug dealers trying to kick ya door in worst estate agents around you wanna be ashamed of your self's and every chance I get to let every one know how disgusting your company is I will and the man who owns the flat that you let for him...
