Very satisfied with the whole process with them helping us to securing the property we are now in. Extremely unprofessional establishment.
No notifications sent to me. I called to confirm and they didn't have me booked in on their system.
Dave (proprietor) arrived late to the viewing also double booked me with another family.
Don't usually comment as I know it's hard to run a business nowadays as most places are short staffed BUT Dave who owns the business seemed to be a lovely individual initially however the execution isn't quite there. Asked me to wait even after calling and confirming my timeslot to view property.
I would approach with caution if dealing with anyone at Apple property solution.

I used Apple Property to let my flat, they are honestly the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. Everything was taken care of very quickly (took about 2 weeks from engaging Apple Property to finding tenants and signing). The tenants they found have been wonderful, they pay in a timely fashion and have been really accommodating with any issues.
The customer service at Apple Property is absolutely excellent, I’ve never had to chase once for anything, all of the team are very polite and professional.
I will definitely be using them in the future and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking.

Really professional, helpful and friendly estate agents. Dave Singh is a star. I was purchasing a property through Dave and it took over a year because of several underlying issues related to planning on the site followed by Covid. Dave was supporting the sale process all the way, managing expectations for the vendor from beginning to end. He went out of the way to help get several surveys and repair quotes done which no other estate agents do..I have already asked him to source more properties for me and handing over my existing portfolio to him. I wouldn't recommend using Apple Property Soultions. I've delt with them for nearly a couple of years and at their best they are unprofessional, unreliable and at times rude. I'm amazed they are still in business. With such a wide choice of estate agents available in the Great Barr area your better off giving these guys a miss. Don't be tempted by their low rates and glossy marketing.
