Vista Abode and their team managed both the rental of my property for a few years, and the sale of my property this year. I can’t recommend this company and their team highly enough.
I only ever experienced professional staff on both sales and letting, who always got back to me quickly. Who supported and solved problems and issues with the property efficiently.
The team always went above and beyond in the service that they offered, and were always friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend anyone selling or renting out their property to use this company.
And I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
They took pretty much all the stress out of the experience of being a landlord and a seller.

We bought a property advertised by Vista Abode Neston Dec 2023. We had excellent customer service atcall times and prompt replies to all queries. Emma, who was involved with the sale of the property went above and beyond to help us throughout the process and liased so effectively with all parties involved. She made a stressful process very manageable. We would definately recommend this estate agent.

Women on the phone for rentals was disrespectful and rude.
As a first time customer I will never use this company again or recommend. Customer service is disgusted, under equality and diversity you should offer everyone a viewing regardless if agent assumes landlord would prefer someone else. I felt like she just wanted to home.

Having recently placed my house on the market, through Vista Abode.
I would like to say how professional they were in every aspect, very clear on cost for sale, excellent photographs taken of my property, was marketed really well, i achieved a pretty quick sale considering market issues and every bit was dealt with in an extremely professional way.
Emma alongside Kerry, Shirley and Tori are all extremely competent and professional in everything they do. I achieved the sale i wanted and was helped every step of the way by a very professional team.
I would highly recommend placing my property for sale with their team

Major electricity shut off rang agents were very rude, basically didn't want to know they have misplaced my key, phone recording says open Saturdays 9 - 4pm but on arrival were shut,what Estate agents stay closed on a Saturday, definitely avoid at all cost
