I like waldens but recent experience with sales agent ROB GOLDSMITH was not good as i want to view the property he said if i want to give them offer that is low it’s no point but i never had experience with any other estate agent , it’s sad you can’t give any offer as they want only buyers who can offer listing price or nearby, it’s not fair for people who want to view the property and give offer , we don’t mind they reject the offer but how he said like they not interested in us to view the property.It’s sad that company like these there is no equality for buyers.This type of behaviour totally violates Estate Agents Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Unfortunately it wasn’t the easiest process selling my apartment and took a lot longer than expected as a few buyers pulled out along the way, but throughout the process Sharon was very helpful and supportive! I was happy with the way Waldens presented my apartment. I would recommend Waldens if you are selling your home.
