As an international student, it's a bit of a headache to get an off-campus family accomodation. After months of unsuccessful applications to various agencies, I walked in to Right Homes on a Saturday evening. The Manager, Shaheed welcomed me with opened arms. After listening to my story, with a smile on his face, he said "I have just the place for you and I promise you will like it". He then shared his computer screen with me and showed me pictures of the listed apartment. And when he turned to me to ask what I think of it, I said in a calm and enthusiastic voice, "where do I sign Mr Shaheed". I haven't looked back since. Just a week after I moved in, I recommended two of my friends to Right Homes.

I am a landlord who was living abroad. Right homes represented by Mr. Shahid Mahmoud was looking after my property. He rented my property to his friend and his family claiming that they are a small family and that they will look after the property as if it is theirs. It turned out that there were two families living at the property. Of course there were no inspections or checks. When I gave them 2.5 months notice to vacate the property. they went on holiday before the deadline. The property was in a dreadful situation. Cleanliness was sub zero, and they didn't look after the property as they claimed.
My advice is that to be careful when you have a good quality property as to whom it will be rented.
I have left a positive feedback at the beginning, before I wasn't aware of what's going on. But I had to change it.

Right Builders 4U are thorough professional and the owner Shahid is a gem. He manages all our properties in Bedford area and so far we haven't had any issues to deal with the tenants as he has taken care of. Recently he worked on a project for me in Kempston. I would like to thank Shahid - Director of Right homes who manages all the properties in Bedford as I live in Leicester. I had an electrical incident which caused fire and smoke damage to one of the flat. Yet another awful, unprofessional letting agency. It’s amazing how quickly some people show their true nature when things don’t go their own way. Letting agents do well with the simple stuff but often fail when the heat turns up a little. Shahid and Hannah score very low on professionalism and maturity, and in my experience they were offensively rude. As a potential landlord client of theirs, they should have been upfront and honest about their details and levels of service offered. After I dropped their service in favour of a different agent (as lawfully entitled to), their true nature was quickly revealed. I was hit with a barrage of abrupt, demanding questions, and a condescending confrontation with Shahid, whereupon he decided to aggressively push my house key into my hand. Unbelievably childish.
It seems like this is their only negative review, which seems to good to be true. And in my experience when that happens, it usually is too good to be true.
I’m so pleased I didn’t end up in any kind of lasting relationship with these people as I imagine this kind of behaviour would have been a common occurrence.

Mr malik has helped me to find a 1 bed apartment for 800 per month. There was a real estate agent says i need a guarantor to rent(im a international student from hong kong, which is impossible for me to find). I moved to Bedford from Ireland and found the move rather stressful until I found Right Homes Agents. I found the staff to be highly obliging, flexible and efficient in their dealings with me. As I am not from the area, I felt that staff provided me with genuine and sincere information about the area in which I was looking to move to and about the property itself. When I was in Ireland, I found it very easy to communicate with them and they answered my emails within the same day. They allowed me to view the property at a time that was convenient for me while I really appreciated as I was travelling all day. I found a very friendly atmosphere in their place of business. All the necessary paperwork was ready for me when I needed it for my job, again efficient in their work. Honestly, I worked with two other agents and would recommend Right Homes to anyone. I would have no hesitation in working with them again if I needed a new home in Bedford in the future. Overall, an extremely positive experience.
