After 10 years living in London, we finally found our dream house through Warners New Home. From start to finish, our experience has been smooth and stress-free. The team at Warners New Home has been incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive to our needs. I must express my gratitude to Amanda, Dominic, Paula, and Sue, with whom I primarily communicated throughout the process. My special thanks to Amanda, our main point of contact, who went above and beyond from the very beginning of our house search. Amanda has been the most responsive agent I have ever worked with, ensuring that crucial information was effectively communicated between us and the developer throughout the purchase process. Even when Amanda was out of the office, the Warners team attended to us seamlessly. Dominic helped us secure the offer, while Amanda, Paula, and Sue assisted us with the rest of the purchasing process.
The entire process was handled with the utmost care and efficiency. Communication was clear and timely. The staff consistently made sure that every detail and request was taken care of, making our purchase experience very pleasant. We felt welcomed and truly taken care of by their capable hands.

Had round to value. Told to ‘dress it’ and put as much effort into the house as we were into clearing the garden (we had gardeners round at time). I know the house isn’t perfect but we are also not stupid and have people due round to clean, paint and looking for furniture to put in spare rooms- if he spent more time speaking to us he’d have found this out. It felt rude and I felt judged and uncomfortable (in my own home!). House valued at £50k less than two other agents, with not being able to find comparisons (the other two agents came armed with pages of these and talked us through each and the differences theyd factored in prior to value being given, not Warners there was very little detail given on the price quote, honestly got the ‘couldn’t care less’ vibe from the valuer. Made assumptions like a family won’t but it when the previous two owners have been families) this isn’t about making money and we’d go with lower price for right agent who we thought would put effort in but it was not a very pleasant experience at such an early stage. I regret letting him my home.

This is the second property I have sold through Warners and as usual they always kept me up to date with the progress of the sale. As I did not live in Wymondham they took meter readings for me and did all the viewing which I was very grateful for.

We had an incredible experience with Warners. We met our agent and he already had a buyer in mind as soon as he saw the house. We arranged a viewing that day and had an interested buyer within 24 hours. They then helped manage the chain, keep it to time and help ensure we completed on schedule. Huge praise to viewing agent Paula Jacks who awaited our arrival (and we were early) with a smile and a warm welcome. She knew who we were and greeted us accordingly. She was knowledgeable about the property and positive and helpful. Professional throughout, Paula was super friendly and didn't hurry us along despite us lingering and asking numerous questions. She closed our appointment efficiently and bade us a jolly farewell before securing the property and taking her leave (no ushering us out whilst simulator locking up). What an asset to your team. The team at Warners have been fantastic during our sale which took a while due to the slow market conditions last year but they always kept us updated and gave us feedback from our viewings. We wanted a simple chain , so we decided to sell and buy via warners. The process was long due to a new build property. But the person that made me feel at ease was Abby . Sorry its taken so long to get this review across. Abby knows her stuff. She's calm, collective, and reassuring . The level of detail from the point of reserving our plot was unreal. She is an absolute credit to you at Warners. Had some good dealings with a couple of others too during the process but Abby is a ???? .

Right from the start this company and all the staff I have encountered have been professional, polite , supportive and so helpful . In particular Dominic who went over and above to make sure he was able to secure the right buyer for the property and supported and informed me every step of the way .
Sue was amazing . Always responding when contacted and talked through things in a calm helpful manner . Nothing was ever too much .
I have to say I have never experienced such a great experience from estate agents and would only use them in future .
