***Observe the reply , difficult to contest facts I guess ???? heavy focus on sellers with no thought for buyers hence the lack of any meaningful content in the reply . If you are a buyer steer clear ***
Where to start ? I’ll keep it brief .
Viewed a property , offered guide price. No mention of another buyer offering at the time, unlike most vendors who provide a response in a short amount of time the seller provided no response until two days later . Given my position I had executed on viewing more properties, I was called by Rebecca who was quite unprofessional and short on the phone regarding this, almost expecting to me to fully commit despite not hearing back . Outstanding ! The excuse given was that she was waiting for Minors and Brady to respond regarding solicitors but this was already outlined that they were proceeding and arranging .
An hour later I accepted, this was early afternoon mind you . After getting excited and beginning to contact solicitors , mortgage advisor and my estate agent I receive a …….
Wait for it !!!! An email , not a phone call out of courtesy an email . A poor one at best with one line at 8 in the evening. Fantastic ! What a fabulously communicated message . The offer accepted was less than myself however they were first time buyers . My buyers were chain free/cash buyers but let’s not dwell too much on the reasoning but the execution .
I followed up with email outlining my disappointment asking for why they deliberated only to accept then pull out . I received no feedback so instead I’ll leave this review and share this with others . Unfortunately this estate agent didn’t have a grip of her client , clearly an unpredictable individual only exacerbated by the poor delivery from the estate agent .
Stay clear !

This was best experience with an estate agent I've ever had. Rebecca listened to what I required and the way the house was marketed was excellent. I was updated and kept informed at all times. She is is very friendly and very calming when things start to get stressful.A real professional and genuie person. I have and would recommend Rebecca to friends an family. Iwill miss her. I would happily recommend Rebecca as she was by far the most professional and knowledgeable estate agent I have dealt with. She was able to answer any queries we had during the viewing and while the property was not to right for us, she was keen to take away our feedback for prospective buyers.

If you are looking for a estate agent to sell your house look no further. After months of trusting one off the big name agents we found that we had absolutely no confidence in the job they were doing so after a few excellent recommendations we entrusted Rebecca at EweMove Wymondham to take on the sale of our house.
Unlike the agent we had been using Rebecca was always just a phone call away and it was so less stressful knowing that you would always talk to her rather than being passed around the office from person to person only to be told that they would call you back and never would.
Rebecca has a passion for her job, is very knowledgeable and even after normal work hours is happy to deal with any questions.
Don't even think about going with any other agent would be my suggestion.

I cannot recommend Rebecca at EweMove highly enough. She provided an extremely professional and personal service when selling our property. Rebecca dealt with every viewing personally providing feedback on each occasion. Once we had sold, she worked tirelessly to keep the whole process on track and made sure we were kept up to date with any developments through the selling process. She also went above an beyond to keep the solicitor for the property we were purchasing up to date with how things were progressing making the process painless.

As a landlord, I've dealt with many estate agents in the past, and EweMove truly stands out. Rebecca is friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy.
EweMove's commitment to looking after my property and ensuring that my tenants are well taken care of is excellent; something which is very important to me. Rebecca walked me through the entire process, and her communication skills are top-notch. I can easily reach out to EweMove, which is incredibly reassuring.
Their managed service takes a huge weight off my mind versus self-managing.

House moves can be stressful but Rebecca made the process so much easier with her friendly and professional approach. She made me feel that I was a person and not just a number. Unlike many estate agents, Rebecca dealt personally with every viewing, supplying feedback on each occasion. As the sale progressed all my queries were answered promptly and efficiently.

Rebecca was so thoughtful, thorough and kind.
Moving house is always a fraught affair and she made us feel like we mattered and were not just prospective tenants. She was very responsive (even messaging me after hours which I totally didn't expect) and going above and beyond to make sure we found a time that worked for us to view properties.
Her follow up and communication was impeccable.
I cannot recommend enough.

Rebecca has been absolutely fantastic throughout our whole process. At first we met Rebecca through viewing a house with her, she was very lovely and informative of the house that we were looking at, it was clear that she knew her clients very well. Although we did not end up offering on any of the houses that we viewed with Rebecca, after speaking with Rebecca we realised that she was our buyers estate agent.
Unfortunately we made the wrong decision of choosing another estate agents William H Brown who have not contacted me once since accepting our buyers offer - Rebecca has kept us informed every step of the way with our buyers even though this is not her responsibility. Rebecca is always more than happy to answer my phone calls or texts, she cares about her clients. Our biggest regret is not choosing Ewe Move to be our estate agents but we will now be recommending Rebecca to everybody anf we will for sure be using Rebecca when we move again.

Rebecca Mills Is Amazing.
If I could give the service she provided 6 stars I would. Rebecca is consistent and was always on hand to help regardless of the time with either a swift response or a prompt call back. It felt like nothing was too much for her.
Even with a stressful move she always presented with a cool head and insightful suggestions.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to everyone.
