Excellent service during these Strange COVID times. Being from out of the area we weren’t able to view the flat in person. Waterfields provided a virtual tour and were very helpful answering questions. Obviously the choice of property would influence your decision to use Waterfields but I would certainly recommend.... Please, don't trust this office, I am international PhD student, and I rented two bedrooms flat from them two days ago, and before one week from moving to this flat they promised me to perform maintenance of the flat and all the faults in it, but they did not do anything and they put my life and the life of my family as well at risk due to their negligence as I discovered a gas and water leakages at flat when we moved to their flat. In addition, since I moved to this flat, I can't take a shower or wash my clothes due to no hot water, and I can't cook due to stop supplying the gas due to safety issue, or even sit in my flat because of the bad smell due to the water leakage on the carpet and the very dim lighting due to most of lights bulbs do not work. Finally, when I asked my neighbors about how much they pay for their similar flats they said 750£ per month, while I am paying 800£ per month.... Read more
