We'd recommend Beals for anyone who needs to sell or buy their property as all the staff are friendly, supportive and helpful.
They always tried to think one or two steps ahead to seek for the best balanced solution that suits well for both buyer and seller.

Generally a good experience once my purchase was taken over by a senior partner (Stacey). He kept the process moving forward, and was a good communicator.

They are always very friendly when you are viewing properties. Once you have taken a property from them, they never get back to you On the phone or email I was constantly chasing them up for maintenance to be performed to the point where we had to offer to get the work done and claim the money back. they will leave everything till the legal deadline for them to have any work is complete or paperwork. It’s taken me 3 weeks to get my deposit back from them And that was after I left five messages for them to call me about the deposit. I am now looking to buy my first house, but would not use Them, even if I’d seen my dream house being advertised by them
