Nothing was a problem with extra viewings & questions, very efficient at getting further information and very easy and quick for my solicitor to deal with. It definitely shows a good company when most of the staff have been there for a very long time! I would like to particularly mention Hannah who is a joy to be around and an absolute credit to the Nesbits team! Exceptional at what she does, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. 5 STAR PLUS!

3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend

Every issue I have had has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. And I was kept informed throughout. I would very happily rent through them again.

Lee was professional, responsive, and highly efficient, ensuring that everything progressed in a timely manner. What I particularly appreciated was his solution-focused approach—whenever challenges arose, he was proactive in finding practical ways forward and kept me well informed at every stage. Buying a property can be a stressful experience, but Lee's support, patience, and kindness made the process much easier. He was always approachable and willing to help, which gave me great confidence throughout the transaction. The actual sale was a particular challenge as others in the chain were tied to a tight completion date because of mortgage issues. From offer to completion was 4 weeks and one day helped calmly along the way by Tim when those of us in the chain were feeling the stress.
2nd Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Horrific Company! Dealing with this company for over three years was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have ever had. From pathological lies and miscommunication to the unprofessional attitude and mishandling of documentation alongside complete lack of respect or courtesy — if I could turn back time, I would have never gotten in touch with them. If you value your privacy and don’t want people entering your home whenever it suits them, stay far away. Their negligence, ongoing arrogance, and blatant disregard for the terms of a legal contract are unacceptable. Carrying out viewings without the legal tenant's consent and entering the property at their own discretion is an absurd! After the end of our tenancy, they made baseless allegations and attempted to claim money for issues that evidently existed prior to our move-in. Though they failed to follow basic industry procedures. Landlords shouldn’t place much trust in them either — their incompetence affects all parties involved.
