If you can help it, don't use this agency.
The first week I moved in, the fridge broke and all my food went bad - when I reported this and a shower problem to one of the staff, I was told in a rude tone that "I shouldn't complain since these things happen" despite the fact that they had time to fix these issues before I moved in as no one had been living there for some time.
I rented a property through them for 3 years, and throughout that time the building had leak issues, including damp, mould and others. At one point it was essentially niagra falls coming through a leak in the front room which damaged a part of the room. Throughout a year and a half, I consistently emailed/contacted about this problem. It took me threatening to not pay rent before something was done, otherwise I was essentially left to deal with it which was particularly hard through winter.
There was maybe one member of staff who was genuinely helpful, but trying to get consistent contact was difficult. The other staff didn't always respond, or else ignored messages I sent.
Despite being a consistent paying tenant, I was eventually kicked out as a new landlord had bought the property and clearly wanted to rent out the flats for a much higher rate, which I don't think would be worth it considering the level of damage the building has.
Unprofessional, at times rude, unhelpful and don't care about your wellbeing so long as they get paid.... Read more
