I had a viewing scheduled with this estate agent today, and although they confirmed the appointment a few hours beforehand, their communication and accessibility were disappointing. When I requested the agent's mobile number in case I couldn't find her during the appointment, she refused to provide it, stating that I must contact the office first, who would then contact her and relay the message back to me. In this digital age, it's unreasonable for an estate agent not to have a business mobile number for direct communication. Despite charging hefty fees for their services, they seem unwilling to invest in basic conveniences for their clients.

Just had fox and sons call me regarding a property I was interested in a 1 bedroom flat to rent and they had the nerve to say that I could not afford the monthly rent my salary is 22690.00 per year why would anyone want to rent from them only 3. Reviews on there site can't be that good estate agents might have to contact the local paper and the young girl even asked me if my old landlord would help me pay the rent what a joke of a company

Great danger for my children. When moved in to house purchased to Fox & Sons Southsea we found the floor in the opened living room was sunken. It was hidden by a massive sofa and the agent never reported and lied when asked during viewing for major problems. Now we have a great danger for my three little children and this company will not do anything about it.

A great experience sell through Fox & Sons, Southsea. Charlotte was amazing throughout and really helped push a very frustrating situation forward. A long chain brought a much longer process than expected, however without Charlotte pushing this along, I truely believe we would still be waiting for completion. Thank you for your support throughout.

We cannot recommend this estate agents enough!
As first time buyers, we were worried that that we were going to be overwhelmed by the whole process, however Fox and Sons really simplified everything for us.
Jade was fantastic showing us round the property, answering all our questions and helping us to get our offer accepted.
We used their own mortgage broker and both Stuart and Barry worked so hard to get all our paperwork ready and re negotiate when we needed.
Finally Adam was great at calling and keeping us updated every step of the way. Throughout everything we felt supported and that no question or issue was too much.
Thank you again and we will not hesitate to use you guys again in the future.

Having recently purchased a property through Fox & Sons, Southsea I would highly recommend them. Adam and Charlotte were great to deal with. They were both professional and friendly. There was no messing around with best and final offers. They were exactly that, which was really appreciated as I didn't want to be involved in a bidding war! They kept me informed throughout the process and went over and above to ensure everything went smoothly. Thanks to them, I'm now sitting in the garden of our lovely new home!

Great experience selling through Fox and Sons Southsea. My partner and I were thinking of putting our house on the market but wanted to wait until the right property became available. 2 days after speaking to Adam the right property became available and we had to move fast to secure it. Thanks to their hard work we were on the market and sold within 14 days... it was probably less. We also had around 30 viewings booked within 6 days! Excellent work from the team!

Arranged a viewing for an apartment. Was sent the address by text message but then called 3 hours later to tell me they had given me the wrong address and gave me a new address on the same road. On arrival, after leaving me waiting outside in the freezing cold because they were late, they showed me a property I had said I didn’t want to view. When I told them this was the wrong property they told me that the property I wanted to see had already gone. I traveled 2 hours to see this property and they had called before I set off to change the time but instead of being honest thought they’d wing it on the off chance I’d change my mind. I will find a property by any other agent.
