I have engaged Nesbitts on two occasions, once for a sale of a relative's terraced property in North End and once as a Trustee for a Church building in Southsea. Both were successfully auctioned by Nesbitts. On both occasions the advice to go to auction proved to be very good. In respect of the Church property, especially, we received constructive and very helpful both formal and informal advice over a period of some years which led ultimately to a successful auction. For both properties, the valuations and other cost estimates which were given proved to be appropriately accurate. The staff were both personable and professional, communications were dealt with promptly and all practical arrangements, for viewing etc ran smoothly.
