The staff here are superb.....friendly, helpful and professional. They are polite and non-intrusive, and not pushy. We have purchased land through Waterside, and most recently, sold our home. We had our first viewing arranged the day before our house actually went on the market and 3 offers within 2 days. On the whole they performed reasonably well. The housing market was in a good place and selling was in truth not difficult. We are not now sure that the model of the estate agents doing all the selling contact with the clients is a good one. There were a few minor mistakes in regard to the advertising details which needed corrected. The promised drone footage never happened. We were told that the buyers were cash buyers which technically was not true although it moved us into accepting the deal on offer quickly. When it became obvious that they were in fact in a chain the house was nonetheless declared to be sold (subject to contract in very small letters)and no further advertising was undertaken. This left us for a number of weeks uncertain if the house was in fact sold but the estate agents were not collecting data on other potential parties. As it happened it worked out nut the impression we were given was that once a verbal agreement had been made then they were no longer involved.... Read more
