We had arranged to rent a property through them following a video viewing due to where we were at the time and having been assured it had a secure garden for our dog and that it had outside storage as no garage at the property.. both were essential. We paid a substantial holding deposit that has never been refunded even though following a niggling gut instinct that saw us driving 4 hrs to check the property before moving in date saw us discover that in fact the garden was open between the property and the next door property allowing our dog to get through into a public lane that led to a main road or a huge public recreation area, there was no external storage at all, the property had not been decorated in years and windowsills actually had huge chunks of paint missing, the back door had a huge hole in it and the kitchen units were in a dire state.... the current tenants also advised us that the carpets were going as were theirs.... The video never showed us any of this.... It's been a valuable lesson learned..... Read more

Having phoned 3 times requesting a viewing of a Highworth rental property, I rang again today, agent apologised as yesterday was a busy day. Asking when I’d like to view, baring in mind others are viewing tomorrow, I explained that I was off work yesterday and today, which had been discussed last Friday was also ignored. Stay away from this company if you're renting! We moved out of a property and they accused us of leaving the property untidy (when we spent hours cleaning it) and wanted to charge us almost half of our deposit just to fix general wear and tear. I've been told that they did it to every tenant that had lived there!... Read more
