In this day and age selling a property is a challenge, add to that a global pandemic plus a huge financial gain in the stamp duty holiday and the pressure mounts. The Wignalls team faced many challenges during the course of our sale, each one was met with professionalism and diligence with a relentless drive to complete to our satisfaction. Putting the customer first always and meeting their commitments to us ensured we did complete. Wignall’s were extremely professional and very helpful when selling my grandma’s property. Nothing was too much trouble - Graham in particular was very helpful and took care of all the viewings without me being present which was such a great help with me living miles away. They were in constant contact once offers came in and made the whole process very quick and painless - in my opinion very good value for money and would happily recommend them.

After selling the house they were proactive in chasing the chain and providing updates and trying to keep things moving under difficult circumstances. My house sold in a matter of days.
The sale/ buyer didn't go as planned but thanks to Christine and Sarah for pushing this along.

I completed buying my house last week. I have had dealings with many estate agents over the last few years.
Wignalls is by far the best estate agents I have dealt with. I was kept informed every step of the way and my every question/query was responded to quickly, courteously and nothing was too much trouble.
Jess especially was a delight to deal with!
I would 100% recommend them!

Recently sold our house with Wignalls after using a different agent to begin with. The other agent failed us in many ways but Wignalls came in and sold our house within a few days - they were brilliant from start to finish. Answered all our questions (our first house sale so we had lots!). Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant service! Highly recommend.

Sarah and Christine were absolutely faultless from start to completion. House was sold very quickly and professionally. The team then worked hard to complete on time. They returned every call and email even when I started to become a pain! This has allowed me to purchase my dream home and for that I can't thank them enough. Worth every penny.

Perhaps the most efficient business I've ever dealt with. Doesn't matter which member of staff you speak to, they are all equally helpful, personable and professional. It's clear why this business is going from strength to strength with low rates and service as good as this. On viewing a property for ourselves, I had another well known agents tell me they couldn't compete with Wignalls rates but tried to convince me they were a safer bet for getting our property sold. I very much disagree! From having photos/videos taken, to having a full diary of proceedable house hunters interested in viewing our property was a matter of hours. If there's any proof required for the magnitude of captive audience Wignalls can reach out to it's this.

Brilliant from start to finish! Fantastic team and fantastic service. We paid the upfront fee and I was slightly concerned that there maybe an attitude of we have your money so we don't really need to try but that was not the case at all. Plenty of viewings to see our house, whilst observing all Covid rules. Our house was sold in approx 3 months (bearing in mind we put it on the market during lockdown). Our onward purchase was the most stressful of times, nothing at all to do with Wignalls! but they went above and beyond to help. You do feel you are getting a more personal service with Wignalls than you do with the "big names" also just want to say a big thank you again to Christine for helping when things got t.

Excellent estate agents, sold my late parents property and from the moment i met Graham i was very impressed. Firstly they provided me with the selling values of similar properties in area and then once marketed looked to get the best price for me. I would highly recommend them.
