He chatted lots about our options, as we are unsure about moving.

Today I completed on buying my first house with Georgina at William H Brown Crossgate. I highly recommend her. Honestly she is a big helper. I had no clue how to go about with the process but Georgina made sure to explain everything to me so I can understand. She was always there for me especially when I was stress. I am happy with the choice I made and the reason why I decided to go ahead with William H Brown Crossgate is because of my cousin who purchased her first house in 2021 and we both received an outstanding service with the team at Crossgate.

Today I completed on selling my parents home following inheritance and throughout this long process, the William H Brown team, in particular Alona, have been amazing.
It has been difficult doing this long distance from London but I've been kept informed at every stage of the process and I cannot fault the friendly level of support I've been given.

Different from other agents in crossgates unlike other agents they actively market property and seek out potential buyers they don't sit about waiting for phone to ringthey sold my house very quickly .The staff are brilliant constantly pushing.The manager Elliot is a go getter and gets the job doneThank you all Highley recommend

When asked for viewing, I was asked quite intrusive questions like my nationality and why I’m moving to the new city which I’ve never ever been asked before from other agents nor my other white friends have been asked such questions for just a viewing!!! Clearly they were racially profiling me! So I would avoid these estate agents!!
