Williamson & Henry are currently working as our estate agents. Our main point of contact is Stephanie. She explained the process of listing our property very clearly and the whole process of taking photos, video tour, advertising and viewings was explained in a straight forward manner. The office keep in touch on a regular basis. Stephanie is very approachable and is always on hand should any questions arise. She is very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Williamson and Henry.

There was a few mistakes which could have had consequences like not reducing price in window for 7weeks. They only contacted you to give feedback, arrange viewing which were not many or to discuss reducing price. No other options apart from price reductions were offered and felt this wasn’t pro active enough. Very disappointed.

My husband and I had work carried out by Williamson & Henry recently and would like to say we are very satisfied with the work and advice we were given. We did not realize the the first review we gave was only showing one star ,this was a massive mistake as they definitely earned five stars from us. We are so sorry if this was our fault.

I used Williamson and Henry as estate agency and solicitor for the recent sale of a property and I am genuinely very happy that I decided to do so.
The initial discussion and quote was very efficient and professional and I feel I was listened to more by Williamson and Henry than I had been with the three local competitors I also spoke to.
From there on I received very effective and clear communication, was kept up to date, well advised, and felt consistently re-assured that they were looking out for my best interests. This was especially important as I was based a significant distance away during the process.
The sale of my property went well and I received a higher price than I had expected, in addition to this the costs were also lower than initially quoted. Great company, great people, great service.
