Went for a viewing with Jack from the Eaton branch and honestly it was such a refreshing experience. He was super knowledgable, incredibly professional, patient with our ridiculously long list of questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had the time to properly look at the property. We purchased our house in Jessopp Road Norwich through Winkworth and then retained them to manage the rental.. As we currently live in Asia we were a little worried about communications and just getting things done from afar . Linda (Jackson ) and her team have been excellent. Fast , helpful and understanding. Sorted out cleaning , keys ,some missing alarms etc for us with no fuss and were able to rent the place out within 2 or so weeks to very appropriate tenants . Thank you !!
