Ben demonstrated very clear and accurate knowledge of the local property market as well as having unique access to local buyers. We fully completed the sale of our 2 bed flat within 8 weeks of our initial introductory meeting. We cannot recommend the team at Winkworths Clapham highly enough, they have been absolutely first class, delivering exactly what was asked of them.

I can't put in to words how much Stuart supported me throughout the sale and when it all got stuck with solicitors he truly went above and beyond to get all the documents required, chase lawyers and support me personally.

Dhruv Rupapara and Zac Summerhayes were the agents who worked on the sale. They were easy and pleasant to work with and had a good understanding of the market. They sold my flat faster than I expected, were transparent and informative all through the process, answering all my questions with patience and good humour. I would recommend Winkworth Islington and both the agents without hesitation.

Tom was fantastic - looked after us really well from start to finish. As first time buyers, he was in equal measure knowledgeable but also reassuring and patient. Abbie also helped out at short notice for a viewing and was equally excellent at answering our questions. All in all, top service - thank you!

Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

James sold Flat 4 for me in record time of 7 weeks. The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process.
They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class.

I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent
