If you are university student I would avoid at all costs!!! These are the worst set of people ever. They are greedy and selfish. They breached their own contract for students by letting people who weren’t students move into the same building as us which lead to homeless people constantly breaking in then kicked us out and moved us to half done accommodation. The accommodation had no WiFi for 8 MONTHS. When we initially moved in half of the stuff weren’t working and we had to find away to make it work ourselves. I had to live in room with mould growing despite me raising it to the agents multiple times and was told to just ‘open my window’??? Only when I had threaten to take it further is when someone came out to look. After them putting us through all of this, we were then charged for small things like having dust in our rooms or leaving things that were initially given to us in the room. The company and agents are greedy and don’t care about anything but money and themselves. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent with them for ANY STUDENT ACCOMMODATION!!!!!

I had a very good experience as a landlord letting out a flat through Winkworth. Unlike some other agents, Winkworth did not overpromise, they were very open and honest and they delivered beyond my expectations. Every single member of the team was very professional and responsive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth Reading.<br>I have also used their services for selling a flat and they were equally good. We had a positive experience both selling our home and buying our new house with Winkworth Estate Agents. John was a great help with both aspects, offering advice and using his experience to help us along the way. We are happy with the service we received throughout, and especially appreciated the support we received when we had some challenging circumstances (often the case when selling a house!)

Dhruv Rupapara and Zac Summerhayes were the agents who worked on the sale. They were easy and pleasant to work with and had a good understanding of the market. They sold my flat faster than I expected, were transparent and informative all through the process, answering all my questions with patience and good humour. I would recommend Winkworth Islington and both the agents without hesitation.

Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

James sold Flat 4 for me in record time of 7 weeks. The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process.
They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class.

I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent
