Friendly, professional and super hardworking Estate Agents I trust.
Tirelessly getting buyers through our door, the whole team were supportive and encouraging throughout. All focused on making sure we got our sale.
I was also fortunate to find my purchase with them. Nadine is a gifted negotiator. She solved every problem thrown at her (and there were many). She managed to keep the chain together and somehow got us all exchanged. Just in time. Honest, fair, persistent and positive. No complaints with Winkworth through the process of purchasing our new family home. Gibson in particular was an extremely good communicator and kept us fully up to date when required throughout the process. Arthur took on our property through calling and chasing when we were with a competitor, we thought if he's that persistent with us then he'd be that persistent with the buyers. We weren't wrong his team were mature and professional and the use of WhatsApp is a true blessing. Nadine has been a great guide through a tricky transaction through no fault of winkworths. Highly recommend

What an awful experience trying to get members of staff to call you back & to get feedback from buyers absolutely woefull!

James sold Flat 4 for me in record time of 7 weeks. The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process.
They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class.

Dhruv Rupapara and Zac Summerhayes were the agents who worked on the sale. They were easy and pleasant to work with and had a good understanding of the market. They sold my flat faster than I expected, were transparent and informative all through the process, answering all my questions with patience and good humour. I would recommend Winkworth Islington and both the agents without hesitation.

Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent
