Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

Laura Kane is a must have agent ! She went over and above her duties, understood my needs.. being foreign to London and having experienced terrible services in other matters, Laura really stands out . She was critical in getting the deal done and completed, and was genuine.

We spent a couple of years marketing a significant house with Winkworth and a more corporate joint agent. Time after time Winkworth delivered meaningful viewings whereas the others sounded professional and convincing but achieved no tangible result. Eventually we went sole agent with Winkworth and they nurtured a transaction through numerous unpredictable impediments with expert skill. If you are looking for an agent who is totally committed these are the guys!

Winkworth were my letting agent for 4 years and 5 stars is simply not enough. The agents go above and beyond and it was a pleasant experience from the initial viewing until the day I left the rented property. Winkworth were always super responsive and supportive with anything I needed, and most of all, friendly. Special mentions to Anna and Alyx - they really help to give Winkworth the reputation it deserves ????????

A huge thank you to the team at Winkworth Bath for their support in both the rental and eventual sale of our house.
