Outstanding Service from Ed and the Winkworth Tooting Team<br><br>We can’t thank Ed enough for everything he did to help us sell our home.<br><br>This wasn’t a straightforward sale. We were on the market for quite some time, lost buyers along the way, and experienced plenty of ups and downs. Throughout it all, Ed remained calm, positive and incredibly supportive.<br><br>What really stood out was his communication. He always kept us updated after viewings, was honest about buyer feedback, and never made us feel like we were chasing for information. He was proactive, approachable and always willing to talk through ideas and strategies.<br><br>Ed genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us. He worked tirelessly to secure viewings, liaised closely with buyers and other agents, and was instrumental in helping us navigate a complicated chain. Dhruv Rupapara and Zac Summerhayes were the agents who worked on the sale. They were easy and pleasant to work with and had a good understanding of the market. They sold my flat faster than I expected, were transparent and informative all through the process, answering all my questions with patience and good humour. I would recommend Winkworth Islington and both the agents without hesitation.

Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

James sold Flat 4 for me in record time of 7 weeks. The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process.
They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class.

I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent
