I made some rookie mistakes on selling my propety. Winkworth had me convinced it would be an easy to sell property and gave me a speech from a senior salesperson that had me persuaded I should price it at £xxx price.
The busiests months of the year passed by and I had 0 visits in 3 months. When I contacted them, they had no plan at all. I wasn't precious about price, I wanted a quick sale. But they assured me that their price was the price and I would sell quick. If I pay for their services, it makes sense you delegate and full trust.
Not with them. They weren't even surprised that I wanted to remove the house, but I felt like I lost my precious time because of chosing the cheapest.
I will try next some independent estate agents. Someone who will actually care about selling the house.
Genuine advice: call them to say you're interested to view a house and say any small objection. That would tell you how they will react to any inconvenience.
My house is in perfect condition and I trusted the pricing to them 100%. Clearly I should trust my gut feelings before a salesman.

I have been renting a flat managed by Winkworth Noting Hill for several years, and I have nothing but compliments for their team. They are very professional, friendly and responsive. I especially enjoyed working and interacting with Kylie Wright, who is just great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, both from tenant and landlord side.

We have bought our first house with Steve. Very efficient, always on hand to help, we took his recommendations for a solicitor and various surveyors which worked out well, and he got it all through a month before our tight deadline. The only estate agent I have ever trusted - thank you!

Tom was amazing and very helpful. He kept me updated regularly on what was going on and really pushed hard to get the Sale through. Finally got over the finishing line after 4 failed attempts after being messed around by buyers. Thank you so much. :)

Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

We recently sold our flat through Winkworth Highgate. James & Daryl provided an exceptional level of service throughout the whole process from initial valuation through to exchange of contracts and beyond. James' market valuation was spot on and we received a full asking price offer within 2 weeks of the property being on the market. Our dealings with them both were always efficient, friendly, courteous and timely no matter how small the issue. They also professionally guided our buyer through the process and kept us informed at all times.
