Just recently sold my house with winkworth and cannot thank them enough for all there help during the selling/buying process. Even though I'm lowestoft based they always came out afew times every week to show people round our house. Nothing was ever a problem!! Big thankyou to viv for continuously ringing me with updates on our buyers progress and dealing with there rather awkward solicitor. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Very happy with the excellent service provided by Viv, Stu and Daniel. They kept us updated throughout the process, which only took 9 weeks from listing to completion with the Christmas break during that time.
I've had dealings with other local estate agents in the past with both sales and lettings and they are not in the same league as Winkworth, who clearly employ staff of the highest quality. They have been a pleasure to do business with and I would definitely recommend Winkworth to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and friendly 5 star service service.
