Once the house is finalised, working with the folks over at wisdom estate was smooth.
Robert is very responsive and helps out with all the queries we had as a first time buyer. He liaised very well with the sellers and their solicitors sending regular updates and reminders.
Not sure if this common with all estate agencies but there is very little knowledge on the surrounding area in terms of demographics.
