My overall experience so far has been good though property not sold yet. My only comments so far is that I thought their approach would be a fresh modern one but it seems on the face of it, their selling model is the traditional one ie volume of stock on market plus on line marketing and wait for enquiries.... Poor communication. Lack of strategy to attract interest. People coming to view seemed to be looking for something the house isn’t. Many viewings seemed to be a waste of my time which could have been avoided if they read the house description and room sizes etc. ... Read more
