This has been my second experience with Beercocks as an estate agent. As estate agents go, Beercocks apparently has a well-known reputation for over-pricing properties. However, in reality, that's really all down to the vendor.
The Beverley office has always been helpful and pleasant. If they sell my house then I'll come back and give them the fifth star!!

All three separate elements of what Beercocks does, from appraisal of the home, listing and finding a buyer to managing the difficult process of legal negotiations, were handled excellently.
I found the agency very approachable, always available and endeavouring to find solutions. Their patience and willingness to help was an example of great service.
It felt like they were always working for us, from setting a price above our expectations, delivering new buyers when sales fell through, and following up with solicitors rigorously to ensure negotiations got completed.

An awful and stressful experience throughout, culminating in a phone call on moving day to ask why we hadn’t moved out yet, 25 minutes before the time our solicitors had told us to vacate by.
Another highlight was the day they agreed a moving date with the buyers without asking me first.

I have dealt with Beercocks for a few house sales now and have always found them very helpful giving regular updates and assistance when asked by phone or email. Having a contact name who is dealing with your property gives a more personal touch. I would certainly use them again in the future.

As I walked in, I was instantly greeted by the staff with smiles and a further 'Hi, how can I help you', which made me feel very comfortable in these surroundings. Furthermore, the attitudes of the members of the Beercocks team gave off the feel that they all take great pride in their jobs, by assuring they could assist and cater to my specific needs. Overall, it was a great experience. Lovely staff and a nice warm environment.
