I particularly appreciated their relaxed, good-humoured approach, which certainly helped to ease any concerns I had over that time. Their rates (when they were still applicable for tenants) were very reasonable. I also used them as a landlord seeking a tenant and they did an excellent job at a most competitive price. They were a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them.

My experience with Wright Estate and Lettings was very unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the carefree and lack of accountability I experienced with this company. To date I have not had a response to my request, complaints and even been able to close business account with Wright lettings. This is extremely poor customer services and awful representation of estate and letting agents in a regulated profession in the 21st century.
