After unsuccessfully trying to sell last year (2023) we decided to try Your Move this year, from first meeting with Stewart we were impressed with what they were offering, the photos they took and their professionalism. We accepted an offer on our first viewing! We were assigned Daisy and she has been brilliant throughout the entire process, keeping both us and our buyer updated on the regular and being at the end of the phone for any queries. I never struggled to get in touch with her and she eased a lot of the problems that come with moving! I will not hesitate to use them again should we decide to move.

My first experience was when I bought an investment property through Your Move and the process was so smooth and quick with Stewart and his team. I was so impressed. Following extensive renovations, I was stuck with renting the property as interest rates were sky high. In comes Kara to save the day. She responded within hours to my enquiries and made an appointment within the next working day. She gave a honest and accurate assessment of the rental valuation and secured a tenant in on the first day of viewing. I don’t take these efforts for granted as I use other not so great agents for my other properties but now seriously looking at switching to Your Move on managing those properties too. Had the misfortune of dealing with this lot for a property purchase but also happened to rent from their partners in rochester.
Kara speaks a very good game. Said she would advise and act on behalf of us, her partners and landlord. When it came to delivering her speech was full of back tracking.

Worse experience! Whenever I go for their branches in Chatham or Gillingham they say there's no available rooms at present and after a while they'll send mails regarding the property for let and even after requesting for viewing arrangement thousand times they'll not arrange for it. And again get in to office for queries and here we go to the same tape playing"no availability or no more viewing arrangement for the property". If you're unable to make an arrangement then stop sending the same property details again..
It's frustrating.
Not recommended for the letting agency and always have a second thought before you go here.
While compared to other local agencies they instantly book for property watching arrangement but this agency takes decades to do one.

Having previously used Your Move Chatham for a probate sale and been very pleased with the service, my Wife and I chose to use them again for our own house move, and certainly have no regrets. Stuart the branch manager, Katie, Daisy and all the staff were very professional, pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Our original sale fell through and the house was back on the market within a few hours and sold a few days later. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and despite a few various problems and hold-ups they saw it through to completion for us with aplomb. I can’t recommend this team enough. Rosie got me all sorted with my mortgage and worked her magic to get me way more than I thought I could get. When my house sale fell through with another agent, Stewart Huck came to my aid and had everything sorted and had me back on the market and sold, literally within a few days! Daisy Hankins then took over the sale of my house and kept me informed every step of the way and was on hand to answer and deal with my many questions! It just so happens that the house I purchased was also through the same branch. I could not have been happier with the service from them all. I have had my offer accepted on the 20th Nov 2021 however since then We weren’t able to get sale of memo . The branch was dealing with this sale is Rochester your-move branch . After many chase , emails and calls we were still not getting the document .
Yesterday I decide to ring your-move Chatham branch as I was known to Katie and Steward in the area from previous purchase/ viewing properties. So Talked to Steward yesterday and he went extre mile , I believe he made couple of calls and less then 24 hours I have got my sale of memo ????????????????????????

I found the team at Your Move, in particular Lucy, Kara and Patsy to all be so helpful, and I had many questions what with this being my first time moving into a rented property. It was also quite a difficult time emotionally as I had to move away from helping care for my Mum with dementia so I could do my work from home more conjunctively. They have amazing reputation and exactly same disappointment. Tried to book viewing with them, the only times they have is more comfortable for them then a customer. They booked my viewing and on the day rang me to inform that flat is gone, so why would you even book??? Shortly after that they sent confirmation for same viewing, probably email system does that automatically, but how unprofessional.

Initially we weren't sure on which estate agent to go with and Stewart took time out to call us to explain their service - the thing that made them stand out was their honesty!
House sold very quickly and they helped chase our buyers solicitor and my solicitor throughout the whole process.

Worst agency ever! My mother move to one of their houses. A lady who work there told her that she can come and take the keys to open the house on the moving day. The day my mum was moving the vans who was supposed to take the furniture to the house were a bit late. When my mum arrived and the lady was not answering phone calls, she (the lady) didn’t even care to leave my mum a message or to ask if she’s coming that day or not (my mum told her that she’s moving that day). The office close at 4, my mum made it there 10-15 mins later. My mum was outside the house until midnight trying to figure out what to do. Image being in a foreign country not knowing anyone and the agency you trusted does that to you!
If you ever want to buy a house from them, do not to trust them 100%, they are just doing business they don’t care about their clients, especially if the clients aren’t english!
