I first met Kirsty from your move when I was selling my house through another agent. They was unsuccessful in selling our house and Kirsty was keen to take over and certain she would sell the house quickly when my contract ended with the previous agent. Once Kirsty took over my house and set up an open day sure enough she sold my house the first day at asking price. We then made an offer on a house through another agent that unfortunately wasn’t so keen to close the deal, and didn’t ensure things were moving in the right direction and at a reasonable pace, luckily the seller brought there new home through your move and Kirsty was able to go above and beyond to secure everything needed to get the motion going between all the chains. She was always making sure progress was made and we managed to move smoothly. I would always recommend selling and buying through your move and if I was to move again I would go straight to Kirsty. Following months of searches and viewings and few "I am sorry, the landlord has gone with someone else", we came across Hayley from Your Move. That was a game changer! She showed us a property in which we were unsuccessful, but Hayley kept us on the list and will contact us when another property is available. We eventually found one and the paperwork process and communication with Hayley throughout the process was very smooth. She was very patient throughout the process especially when we are unsure or unclear about certain details. I supported my elderly mother to sell her property with your move,so she could move into a warden control flat. Anita was fantastic,nothing was to much trouble for her. She took her time and explained everything to my mother,with regards to the selling process. it took many months for us to exchange and to complete,as there were problems along the way. Anita always kept us informed what was going on. She chased things up on our behalf,she often helped to resolve problems within the chain. She always kept us informed about what was happening.

This is the second time I have dealt with Your Move Walderslade and I must say that both times they have been absolutely AMAZING.
The lettings staff were very supportive and fully understood the urgency at which I needed to find a tenant for my property and they did not let me down and found me the perfect tenant in a very short space of time.
The whole branch are really easy to deal with and very approachable. Everyone I dealt with were highly professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, even working over the Christmas period to ensure the new tenant could move in on the 1st January as required so the property was never empty.
I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property.

If I could leave more stars I would! After months of stress searching the web and contacting various estate agents to arrange viewings walking into your move in walderslade village was like a breath of fresh air! Staff were very polite, welcoming and actually listened to what I was looking for.

Deciding which estate agent to use in Walderslade can be tricky as in the village there are 5 to choose from. I am a big fan of atmosphere and welcome so decided to pop in each just to see which made me feel comfortable. All I can say, is Your Move were the ones. I received a warm welcome, a polite "how can I help" and smile from the other staff in the office. A young lad served me, Dylan, who was extremely knowledgeable and really made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I have since chosen Your Move to sell my house, Anita, the Branch Manager was great, again making me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. I would totally recommend Your Move and thank both Dylan and Anita for making my house move a pain free experience. Thank you I will be telling my friends to come and see you.

I have to say this has been one of the worst experiences I have had having to use your move in Walderslade.
I am buying a house through them and they have been very unhelpful in this stressful time.
The manager Anita Gill seems to be out of her depth in being helpful at the most basic of levels. They have had staff leave and the ones that are left are useless and the ones that left where no better either.
If you are looking for an estate agent keep well clear of your move for your own sanity if nothing else. Selling a house is hard enough without these morons trying to sell it for you.
I only gave one star because I had too I wish there was an option to give none as that is what they deserve.

Excellent all round!! I was wary of estate agents after having a terrible experience a few years ago with Ward & Partners in Walderslade Village but found Your Move to go beyond my expectations always calling me back when needed and I felt I could trust them at all times. I honestly can not fault any of the staff there throughout the whole transaction and they were able to sell my house in a few days. We also used their mortgage advisor Lloyd who was brilliant and transparent, I would strongly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving in the Walderslade area.

This is my first house purchase, and I can honestly say the service I received by the team at warderslade was absolutely superb!!! There patients and guidance to financial advice (even out of hour)was second to none....I won’t mention names but you know who you are ????a massive Thank you to you all for making this pain less and enjoyable journey, wil most definitely recommend and looking forward in using you guy’s in the future...

I have dealt with the Walderslade branch twice now and always been very pleased with the service provided, nothing has been too much trouble.
I have also arranged two mortgages with Lloyd (The mortgage broker) and always found him to be very professional, already recommended him to friends and family who he has also helped. Look forward to dealing with Asha and her team again soon.

We bought through your move in walderslade, Chatham and the lady that dealt with us was fantastic. She helped us secure our first family home together. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she was always happy to help. She always returned phone calls when she said she would. I would definitely recommend

Quite possibly the worst estate agents in Kent. Would not recommend this branch for buying or selling a house. The only good thing about this atrocious branch is the Mortgage advisor and his assitant. They can't even return a simple phone call when asked to, won't give any information other than the bare minimum and to be honest when it came down to the nitty gritty of the sale I ended up doing their job for them. They would always say they are "busy" even though when I called and was standing outside the shop they were filing their nails and gossiping about the weekend. In the end we used the branch in Sheerness to do all our runninng around and get our sale through. Honestly, the most unprofessional and disgraceful company I have ever tried using. All they care about is the money and don't even think about the customer service aspect. This also applies to their complaints team who also are refusing to reply to emails/phone calls. Would not recommend your move to anybody who wants a relatively smooth sale/purchase. You would be better off doing it yourself and saving the money when it comes to this branch. The management in this branch is a disgrace and any of my staff who acts like this would have been sacked. Absoloute shambles. I would give 0 stars if that was an option but unfortunately I cannot do this.
