Aitchisons made the whole process much easier for me. selling a house for me when I don't live in berwick. they did everything for me from August to November. pretty quick turnover for selling a unoccupied home. a difficult year losing my mum and taking that worry off my hands

By the sounds of it, they are fantastic to the sellers but the customer service aspect are shocking! They need to remember that you need buyers as well as sellers in order for their business to work but they are rude and unprofessional to any potential buyers.

I would like to thank the team at Aitchison's for managing a property, since 2008 and ultimately guiding the sale of that property through a very long and protracted exchange due to probate. They kept it on track and us informed all the way through. Thank you for a good job
