Very efficient service, excellent communication, approachable and going above and beyond to help their customers.
I’ve experienced the high level of standards and all issues being sorted out promptly and effectively, which I def have not experienced with any other estate agents in Radlett, Herts.

I am moving into one of the properties of the Susman Estates I had the pleasure to meet Meg and William at the viewing, Meg has supported me through the viewing and the paper work she is on hand for any concerns I have. Today I went to collect the keys and I felt reassured if I had any problems I can contact Meg.

As a first-time investment flat owner, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and support provided by this estate agent throughout the rental process. They clearly advised me on everything that needed to be provided for the tenant, handled all the credit checks, and carried out thorough searches.
Thanks to their proactive approach, they identified that one potential tenant had a criminal record, which gave me great confidence in their diligence and care. They then quickly found another suitable tenant without delay.
