Bacon & Co's Harry Moreland handled our house purchase - so was not even officially our agent - but nonetheless conducted himself with efficiency and courtesy over the few months from our initial viewing to eventual purchase. I recommend him and the firm wholeheartedly. Notably, he never required chasing, instead updating us on a regular basis as to the progress of the transaction.

Chris and the team were great from first contact to completion. They didn’t bombard us with requests or queries and were always on hand when we needed to raise our own. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future, although hopefully we won’t be moving for many years! Jake & Daisy

Helpful, professional, available, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable advice from the whole team. As first time buyers, Harry walked us through the process, keeping us informed at every stage and remaining patient, despite delays from our solicitor. We were openly dubious as we had been previously lied to and let down by a different company but since working with Bacon and Co we have learned that good, honest estate agents do exist! Highly recommend from a buyers perspective and will certainly be asking them to sell for us in the future.
