Not helpful. Didn't want to show around the property. We put an offer to the estate agent and he refused to phone owner till mid week as he said he was busy.??? Very unprofessional and won't ever deal with.
How anyone can say professional is beside me.!

Brian Thomas Estate agent is awesome. I got a property off them and everything went so smoothly. I asked to view the property a few times and Michael was amazing from star to finish. We used Brian Thomas Estate Agents for our sale and had a designated agent, Mr Paul Wallace.
The sale was complicated and took some time for reasons outside of anyone's control. The service we received was alway attentive, polite and helpful. Paul gave honest and sensible advice as matters progressed. I would certainly recommend this agency.
