I went with Charrison Davis agency because he said that he could sell my house. He’s had lots of experience but actually in the three months that I was on the market I had one person who booked and cancel the booking 3 times. the communication was really bad from Charrison Davis. He kept pointing out that the house had no driveway and that why nobody was coming to look at it. My house is in a cul-de-sac with lots of offstreet parking instead of trying to sell it to them. He just kept trying to get me to lower my price so in the end I took my house off the market. I would never recommend them to anybody.

Worst and most incompetent people ever. They used to look after the communal areas where I live and never addressed the issues! DO NOT DEAL WITH BRIAN BAILEY AND SAMANTHA TERRY. MOST USELESS PEOPLE EVER ????

I am from 61 Hawthorn crescent, reported roof leak in November and still not been fixed and now it has damaged internal walls. What a crime not getting it fixed on time?
