We honestly can’t thank Choice Properties enough for everything they have done for us.<br>From the moment we decided to put our home on the market, we felt completely supported.<br>We put the house on the market on a Thursday, had a viewing by Saturday, and had sold it by Monday, something we never expected to happen so quickly!<br>But what really stood out to us wasn’t just how quickly they sold our home, it was the care, communication and reassurance we received throughout the entire process. Selling your home can be such an emotional and stressful experience, but Hannah and Eloise were there for us every step of the way. They always kept us updated, answered every question we had, and went above and beyond to make sure everything kept moving forward.<br>They were also fantastic at acting as the middleman between ourselves and the solicitors, helping to keep everyone communicating and giving us reassurance when things felt a little overwhelming.<br>They genuinely made us feel like we mattered, rather than just being another sale. We were lucky enough to get Drew Simmonds as our Choice Properties agent. He was pleasant and delightful. His knowledge of sales made him a joy to work with. Our property was photographed by him and produced top notch representation.<br>The house was viewed the following day and sold almost immediately. We had the absolute best experience buying a property through Choice. From start to finish they were professional,hard working,helpful and just overall great people. I have recently managed the sale of my mums bungalow and have been really impressed with the service from Choice. Molly has been extremely helpful and efficient and always contactable. She has made sure that both sides were kept informed and alerted me when I needed to chase my solicitors. Overall a really good experience and I would definitely recommend them.
