Had a great experience with being a tenant with Clubleys always kept update especially when access is required for an inspection or something to be fixed.
Nothing ever seem to be an issue if we ever had an issue with the property.
Lettings team always there to talk to no matter what time of day

We recently purchased a property marketed by Clubleys Pocklington branch. We were very impressed with the whole team, from their knowledge of the property at first viewing right to the regular contact with us and proactive approach through sales progression. We’re not planning to go through the stress of moving house again any time soon, but if we did we would definitely approach this team to help us.

Professional, supportive advice from start to finish. A truly excellent team to lead one through the highs and lows of house sales/purchase. A great experience from start to finish. Had valuations off 3 companies, but clubleys was the most thorough and impressive. Didnt try to sell us on anything unnessecary. The whole team were helpful as well throughout the process, and made selling a house seem much easier than expected.

My journey of selling my property started last year, but exchange of contracts happened last week.<br>Throughout the whole process the team has been supportive and professional.<br>A special mention is due for Angela and Victoria at the Market Weighton branch who have tried their hardest to communicate with all parties and kept me informed.
