We had a viewing of a bungalow with Aaron last week, the owner who was present, was a lady with dementia, which we were told before the viewing. Having worked in the care industry I wanted to highlight how amazing Aaron was with this lady, I was extremely impressed with how he engaged and treated this clearly, fairly confused lady, he showed compassion and understanding with her, you could see she clearly had a trust in him which really showed. I hope this lady’s family know she is in very safe and caring hands with this agent!
