We had a re-evaluation done 2 years after moving in for remorgaging purposes. Why the guy came around I still don't understand because he had made up hi mind before getting here and gave us exactly the value estimated by Zoopla.
Since then we have had phone calls from them about evey 6 months and no matter how many times you ask them to remove you from their list they still call about 6 months later and offer some redicoulus excuse to why they are not honoring your wish to remove from their list which is strictly against GDPR Regulations.

The actual marketing of the property seemed a little slow but post offer, I was particularly impressed with Sophie Rutter who kept me informed of everything and was pleasant and professional

I cannot praise the team in the Angmering Branch of Cooper Adams enough! They have all been amazing from start to finish, keeping in regular contact and always being available to answer any queries or concerns. The day of exchange was stressful to say the least but the team stepped in to liaise with my solicitor to get the job done which was a huge weight off my shoulders. I 100% recommend anyone buying or selling a property to use this branch. You won't be disappointed! If I could give 6 stars I would!
