Sold very quickly, with good negotiations for the desired price. The Cromwells team were always polite and helpful with answers to questions. However in the last week prior to completion James failed to respond to a request regarding a gift for the new owners (it was later explained to me that James was new - but he’s named in reviews from 11 months ago ;so not that new…) They also failed to ensure meter readings were taken when the keys were handed over early for essential repair works prior to completion. Getting keys early was unusual and as such the solicitor drew up a contract which stated the purchasers would be responsible for the utilities. Whilst Cromwells got a copy of this they failed to ensure the terms were met. To add salt to the wound the manager was very prickly and off hand when this was raised .

Lesley was absolutely fantastic! She helped us sell our property, managed a difficult chain and secured us our dream home. She provided regular updates and helped us push solicitors to ensure a quick completion.

From the valuation through to the completion Cromwells were excellent.

From the initial valuation, viewings and then dealing with the sale once an offer was accepted, Cromwells were great! Lesley and the team were professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The whole process was dealt with smoothly, with any queries dealt with promptly and reassuringly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as they really did make what can be a stressful time, that bit easier for us! Thank you Cromwells
