Fantastic service from crucible from start to finish.I would recommend using their package of photographer /energy cert /web page for 250.00.I paid for this up front but got it back when house sale completed.Michael the agent i dealt with from the start told me the market for 3beds in my area (kimberworth rotherham) was very buoyant and we got offers to ten percent above my best expectations!,all within 3 weeks of going on the market Sept 2019.Many thanks to Michael and everyone at crucible rotherham.

The team at Crucibles are certainly one of the most professional you will find in the marketplace. I have experience of buying multiple properties from them and I have never found them lacking in professionalism and helpful attitude.
They do go out of the way to accommodate any reasonable requests and I have always found them to have a fair approach to both the vendors and buyers.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. Tom is the valuer and he is very knowledgeable about the local area and has always been very helpful. The sales team including Michelle, Layla and Sam are also very professional. The progression team (Gary) is very proactive. Thank you everyone for making our purchases ever so smooth. We will definitely be back to buy more.

I purchased a property through Crucible, Hillsborough and was pleasantly surprised to experience an agent that performed at name levels, in particular Samantha Rodgers property consultant. I have viewed many properties but have never offered before a pack containing a brochure, a selection of Solicitors and costs and a Mortage contact. Sam was very mindful of the tenant in residence at the property while balancing the needs of serveral persons that were viewing. She kept in regular contact with updates, encouraged us to compare fees for Solicitors and answered many queries on what would be a potential buy to let property. Crucible appear to operate a professional friendly competent service for both buyer and seller and Sam is an assist to their staff base.
