I am in the midst of relocating to the area and the demand for housing right now is high. Sue and the team in cumbrian properties were excellent in being able to help me properties within my catchment areas and keep me informed ahead of the market on potential housing. Would definitely recommend to others, as the service was spot on.

Sarah Beales from Cumbrian Properties came to take details and took photos. It was advertised on line within a couple of days. 2 viewings were arranged 1 week later and a sale agreed. They have kept me well informed. I would highly recommend them.
