Very reliable came when they said, initial valuation was ambitious and we were sceptical but went with it. Scarce viewings to be honest so inevitably we had to reduce the price several times. Overall in a depressed market and pushing the agent a bit we took an offer below what we would have liked. Would recommend getting at least three agents out to value your property to get it right first time.

Good comms and friendly helpful team. Learning point for us in selling in future was the first valuation was higher than other agents had valued the home as and, in hindsight, we probably should have questioned that more as we ended up over time needing to knock a chunk of money off and think we’d have sold the house much quicker if the valuation had been closer to what we ended up selling the house for

The communication has been amazing. Felt informed at every point. There is always someone by the phone to take bookings or answer any of your questions. We got a valuation and did not feel any pressure to choose them but did as the fee was right. Although other estate agents valued higher, Cumbrian Properties were happy to sell at the value others had suggested with the same fee.

A thoroughly professional and efficient operation. Accurate description and pricing of the property and a supreme knowledge of the local market coupled with good communication and first class advertising resulted in the sale of the house at close to asking price within 24 hours. I couldn't have had a better agent and I would recommend them to anyone.
