Good service from Laura, who helped us sell my mother's bungalow. She updated us regularly, gave prompt replies to queries and did her best to chase other parties for answers when there were unexpected delays.

From start to finish David Davies supported me. It wasn’t plain sailing as one sale fell through and I was so upset but they were there to advise and guide me. Laura told me to put my house straight back on the market and even though I was very disheartened I took her advice and I’m so glad I did as after a few days of the sale falling through I had another offer. I can’t thank Lorraine enough for doing the endless viewings even on her days off. She had a few people not turn up but she still went out of her way to help.

We found the staff friendly and easy to get along with. They had veiwings arranged in the first week,and we where sold after the third veiwing.
The agent did our veiwings for us and he was very efficient, making sure everything was left in order.
We would not hesitate to recommend David Davies.
