It was a very difficult time for me selling my parents’ home, and I can’t thank Laura and the team enough for their amazing service from start to finish. I still remember the very first phone call — Laura was so understanding and reassuring, and she immediately put me at ease. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Even when I asked what were probably some daft questions, Laura was always patient, helpful, and quick to respond. When Adam came round for the first visit, he was so lovely and respectful, which made a big difference. The whole experience felt professional but also very personal. Ben coming out to take the photographs, and Brian showing people around, added to the smooth and supportive process. We had a very positive experience working with David Davies throughout our purchase, escpecially with Laura. From the moment our offer was approved by the vendor, communication was excellent. She kept us consistently informed and was always proactive in chasing all parties involved to ensure the process moved forward smoothly.
