Holly was professional and very knowledgeable of property in the Tiptree area. Originally priced the property above the recommended value had 16 viewing that David Martin undertook. Communications by phone and email were good keeping us in the picture. They obtained the buyer and communicated well during the negotiation process.

Paul managed both the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new house. He was absolutely brilliant, worked his absolute hardest to complete on both sides during a difficult market situation. Great communication and a very experienced guy. Highly recommend this company, 5 stars ????

Although never paid clients of David Martin, we purchased through them and have been floored by the incredible experience of Connor Murphy in Tiptree.
We were treated with complete attentiveness, dedication and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, from anyone in the team when we called, especially Connor. We were met with total transparency and reassurance, and quickly Connor was the only reliable source of support and information in a frustrating chain.
Thank you to Connor for being a total
source of support and responding so quickly and efficiently with every query we had. By far our “go to” person.
Moving house is something we won’t be embarking on (hopefully!) for a long long time, however should we, we will be knocking on the door without fail!

They sent people around that were not suitable, I had no feedback from them either, I got the feeling all they wanted was to make a sale so they got their commission, I would not recommend them at all.
