I was so pleased with my experience of selling my home through Derbyshire Properties. It was listed very quickly and sold in one week for over the asking price. The agent Georgia was very proactive in engaging with my onward purchase estate agents helping me secure my next home despite 4 other offers on the table. She also kept great communication avenues open despite multiple issues with the complex sale. Georgia definitely kept the whole sale on track and for that I am very grateful !
