Georgia at Belper office was absolutely brilliant. She was the only professional in our house chain that pushed to get information and get the deal over the line. One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.

I used Derbyshire Properties as a buyer but id definitely be back as a seller now! I saw several properties in the area and Sarah as an agent stood out as she had much better knowledge of the property being viewed than any other agent did. From then on Gemma and Georgia were super fast at replying to queries, answered all my many probably daft first time buyer questions, and helped no end in chasing up where things were at. They also shared my excitement when it finally happened. Probably the most anxious time of my life but they made it much better!

Whilst I didn't use these guys directly, they acted on behalf of our sellers and were great throughout the buying process despite my persistent chasing. particular thanks to Hollie S and Amy P for getting things over the line for us! My boyfriend and I recently purchased a property through Amy Pipes at Derbyshire Properties. She always responded to emails/calls promptly, she was professional and very thorough - so I can’t fault her service.
