Robert Cran won my business by his honesty and attentive customer focus. Also the price quote was very favourable.
Going forward with the house sale, Robert couldn't have been better, keeping me updated throughout the whole process, it was outstanding service and second to none. Had problems getting through to my team initially as messages went awry. I went up to Musselburgh and spoke directly to Cherese and everything went smoothly after that. Lina then came onboard and negotiated a fair price on the property I wanted. The score then went to good communication.

I recently put my property up for sale with Drummond Miller. The “selling” part of this service was poor. It appeared as if the leading agent, Robert, didn’t care in the slightest, as emphasised by the very nonchalant responses to my queries throughout. My ad was also full of errors (including my address) and when pointed out I was assured this would be changed, which it wasn’t, prior to going live.
Once sold I can’t fault the service in terms of the sale and legal work. Pam was professional, helpful and reassuring throughout the remainder of the process.
I have mixed feelings towards Drummond Miller LLP now but due to the poor initial service I wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent personal service. Dealt with the same 2 people throughout which was easy and pleasant. Negotiated good price. Their 0.7% of sale fee is cheaper than the usual 1%. Quick responses after chasing for board and brochure. Recommend
