The service we received was far better than could have been expected. Having been in our previous house for more than 35 years we were a little out of touch with procedures - Nathan and James at the Ferndown office were outstanding, they both offered all the assistance needed to firstly find us a lovely property and then guide us through the pitfalls of buying...... thanks for everything!

Purchased through Edwards Ferndown and sold through Bournemouth office. Very happy throughout the process with the amount of contact I received. Any possible issues were dealt with quickly and in a professional manner. Buying and selling is stressful process but the team at Edwards made it seem almost enjoyable!

Extremely professional and friendly, James showed me my flat and he was a really nice , professional and honest guy . Edwards do not conform with the stereotypical estate agent attitude , they are extremely friendly and the most professional estate agents I've met.
