Spoke to several agents, some who overpriced, and others underpricing expecting unrealistic interest in the property. EHB's valuation seemed the most realistic, and their communication was excellent throughout the selling process.

Each person I spoke with at EHB was prompt, friendly and efficient. They advised me on how best to present the flat and quickly got an offer of the asking price. We don't yet have exchange or completion - so I can't give a final judgment.
