I would certainly recommend Amie Brooks Property Team. They really know the local market, and we felt the sale of our house was in very capable and reliable hands. Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.

It's my second time using an independent agent. Service was 100 time better. As I don't live near the property they were my eyes and ears.

We knew when we first met Adam Gaulton that he was the right agent for us and since then, he has more than surpassed our expectations!
