In a difficult market for leasehold flats, Felicity J. Lord did a good job of advertising our flat at price point that eventually enabled us to achieve our objective. It was a long process but our agent (Alex Lawrence) helped to keep the chain together and see it through the end.

Very difficult to reach by phone or email. They lost the tenants rent several times. Now they have failed to pay back the deposit - 3 months after the tenants moved out! And unresponsive as ever to emails and complaints
