I chose FJL as they were the only agent to call me and email me when I was investigating agents. It took a while with the interest fluctuations etc but in the end I got what I wanted. Great service.

Very difficult to reach by phone or email. They lost the tenants rent several times. Now they have failed to pay back the deposit - 3 months after the tenants moved out! And unresponsive as ever to emails and complaints
